  Old business

  1. Discussion/ideas keeping vehicles safe when they can’t fit in garage.

  2. Monthly Articles for the newsletter- Any suggestions?

  3. Articles regarding community issues you'd like from resident legal?

  4. Recruit neighbors for WPGS Block Watch. Please contact your neighbors!

  5. GAIN Event (October 17) – Luau with BBQ. Volunteers needed for judging children’s grass skirt contest. Help at Sign in table. Also for help with Soccer, and various games..

New business-

• Thank you to John for replacing the faded No Trespassing Signs

• Thank you to William for agreeing to be co-signer on this year’s Grant Funds

• Communication with Block Watch needed when incidents occur so community can be informed of possible trends

• Continued parking issues within both communities – parking across driveways?

• Barking Dogs – Barking Dog Complaint (length of time, what happens after filing)

• House numbers – Help needed with painting numbers on curbs, recycle, waste bins


